Complete the course work
Complete the Certification course work with a Genos Master Trainer in any of the 2 Cohorts for Nigeria at Abuja or Lagos. This will takes 3 days, physical format then 6weeks Virtual.
Complete the debrief exam
Debrief the results of a sample 360° Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Feedback Report under the guidance of a Genos Master Trainer. Your trainer will act out the character in the scenario. You will be provided feedback on the debrief session, with the ultimate goal of ensuring you are able to apply the Genos Emotional Assessment tools effectively and confidently.
Earn the Genos Certification Credential
On completion of the program you will be awarded your ‘Genos Certified’ Credential and a Digital micro credential badge to post to your social media channels. We will train you on how to use our surveys platform and our client support team will guide you through your first assessment project.
